Our mission focuses on delivering evidence-based treatment with a person-centered approach, ensuring that every client experiences transformative care. Summary The IT Coordinator manages technical infrastructure, ensures data security, and supports staff with their technical issues. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff for hardware, software, and network issues. Manager and maintain the company's infrastructure, including computers, networks, and servers. Ensure staff can effectively use the EMR system and other specialized software. Ensure the IT environment meets all security standards and is compliant with regulations like HIPAA. Assist in planning and implementing new IT projects, such as system upgrades or new software rollouts. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and maintain personal auto insurance coverage. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required. Must have a current TB test or chest x-ray. Knowledge of the requirements for providing services needed to clients. Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and CFR-42 client confidentiality regulations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as part of a team. Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
