In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing IT infrastructure. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for AI delivery initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Develop detailed project plans using tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Project management software like VersionOne, Jira, and TFS. Coordinate with technical teams to oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, analysis skills, test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management. Manage project schedules utilizing Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, while also applying Waterfall and SAFe frameworks for larger enterprise projects. Facilitate communication among stakeholders through clear documentation, progress reports, and presentations to ensure transparency and buy-in throughout project phases. Oversee project risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation strategies aligned with IT governance standards and disaster recovery protocols. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance metrics and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. Requirements Proven experience in project management within enterprise software environments involving AI or cloud computing solutions. Strong familiarity with AWS cloud services, IT infrastructure management, and cloud computing best practices. Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including

PMBOK, SDLC

processes, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, SAFe frameworks, and IT governance standards. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Jira, TFS, VersionOne, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Visio, and Microsoft Word. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple projects while managing time effectively. Excellent analysis skills for requirements gathering, scope definition, testing (including test-driven development), and user acceptance testing. Strong communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement at all levels; negotiation skills are highly valued. Technical expertise in databases such as SQL and Oracle; understanding of software development processes including release management and version control is essential.
