Serves as the operational backbone for an IT infrastructure team, coordinating day-to-day work, running Agile ceremonies, and keeping cross-functional tasks moving on time. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate departmental and cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks, ensuring the right work gets to the right owner with clear expectations and timing. Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to team members on assignedwork;coach the team on Agile practices, ceremony hygiene, and continuous improvement. Run the team'sAgilecadence :
daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives keeping ceremonies focused, time-boxed, and outcome-oriented. Own backlog hygiene and work intake: capture new requests, ensure stories and tasks have clear acceptance criteria, andmaintainprioritization with theteamlead. Track team commitments and execution; surface slipping work early, follow up on open items, and help team members remove blockers. Maintain operational dashboards (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent) so leadership and stakeholders can self-serve status. Manage standing operational rhythms: weekly team meetings, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning inputs, and recurring stakeholder syncs. Coordinate vendor andcontractortask assignments and onboarding/offboardinglogisticson behalf of the team. Make sound day-to-day decisions when faced with multi-faceted issues by weighing risks, urgency, and dependencies;escalateappropriately. Communicate project and operational expectations to team members and stakeholders ina timelyfashion; produce concise written status, risk callouts, and action-item summaries. Identifyprocess friction and propose pragmatic improvements to improve flow and predictability.IT CORE COMPETENCIES

Backlog & Work Management- Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalent; comfortable building queries, dashboards, and reports. Operational Coordination-Strong atintake triage, dependency tracking, andrecurring-rhythmmanagement. Stakeholder Communication- Translates team activity into status visibility for non-technical and senior audiences. Time & Priority Management- Quickly distinguishes urgent from important; protects the team from low-value churn. Problem Solving- Practical, root-cause-oriented; comfortable making moderate decisions without escalation, weighing risks, uncertainties, and assumptions. Operating in Ambiguity- Multi-tasks effectively in a quickly changing environment; makes sound decisions with incomplete information.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II), orSAFeScrum Master /SAFeAgilist certification. Experience supporting an IT infrastructure, datacenter, or operations team. Experience coordinating mixed teams of full-time employees and consultants/contractors. Familiarity with Kanban and scaled Agile (SAFe,LeSS, or similar). Lean Six Sigma exposure for process improvement.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project management or related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of project management or related work experience.
