What You'll Be Doing:
Work with Test Development Engineer to drive the builds and shipments for testers Lead new tester product build readiness and cross-functional alignment Ensure continuous process improvement by tracking and publishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and helping to implement process improvements when critical metric results are below target Run a checklist of cross-functional results for your programs and ensure that team members are completing assignments on time Lead and attend cross-functional NPI meetings related to your products and highlight key Operations issues, handle them to closure to ensure the product is ready for production Suggest process improvements, work to get cross-functional alignment for your suggestions and detail the revised processes to help the entire team become more efficient What We Need to
See:
Minimum of 8+ years Program Management experience in a similar role Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong verbal and written communications skills Strong work ethic, an ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations Previous experience leading Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and system builds Ways to Stand Out from the
