Opens a new window. Plan, execute, and finalize multiple IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and business users to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions on the Salesforce platform. Identify information technology project resource requirements. Assess users' needs and priorities by communicating directly with users. Develop guidelines for system implementation, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation. Design industry-specific technology solutions, creating and prioritizing user stories and development tickets in tools such as Jira, facilitating UAT. Analyze data to identify trends or relationships among variables, and prepare analytical reports. Monitor project progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Help upper management identify possible improvements on project management procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or Information Technology (foreign equivalent degree acceptable).
• Two years' work experience in IT project management.
• Strong familiarity with Jira, Salesforce software.
