We're hiring a Senior Manager, TPM to lead a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional programs and mentor a team of TPMs delivering AI-driven communication products at global scale. Key job responsibilities What You'll Do Lead and grow a team of 10+ TPMs Drive end-to-end program execution (strategy launch metrics) Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and leadership Own roadmap prioritization and portfolio management Deliver scalable processes for agility, quality, and execution Manage executive communication and stakeholder alignment About the team Alexa Connections is a highly distributed team across six Amazon approved sites. We have industry experts in real time communications, computer vision, media processing, consumer facing UX. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

15+ years experience in technical program/product management or software engineering 7+ years experience managing technical teams, including managers Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field Strong technical background with ability to understand complex architectures and technologies Experience leading large-scale consumer-facing products/services Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
