Full-time, Hybrid Job Duties:

End-to-End Implementation:

Lead full-cycle ERP projects from initial discovery and system design through to go-live and post-launch support.

Presales Strategy:

Partner with Sales teams to conduct requirements workshops, design solution architectures, and provide technical estimates to close deals.

Functional Expertise:

Act as a consultant to translate complex business needs into optimized ERP configurations for Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.

Global Team Coordination:

Manage resource allocation and maintain quality standards by collaborating closely with offshore engineering and global HQ teams.

Project Governance:

Oversee project health by managing budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, and scope to ensure on-time delivery.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring the system aligns with their financial objectives.

Process Automation:

Drive the adoption of modern tools (like Microsoft Power Platform) to improve operational efficiency and reporting.

On-Site Leadership:

Travel to client locations to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and go-live readiness.

Mentorship & Growth:

Supervise internal consultants, mentor junior staff, and establish high-quality documentation and governance standards.

Strategic Alignment:

Work directly with executive leadership to ensure ERP capabilities support long-term organizational and financial goals.

Qualifications:

Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese 5+ years of ERP implementation experience 2+ years of project leadership or PM experience Experience participating in presales or solution consulting activities Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred Solid understanding of Finance, Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory processes Experience preparing project estimates and implementation plans Experience collaborating with offshore or distributed engineering teams Willingness to travel to client sites for testing support and user training when needed Excellent client-facing communication skills
