• About the Role We are seeking a Bilingual (Japanese/English) IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT project execution and serve as the bridge between our customers and development teams. • Job Responsibilities
• Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery
• Gather, analyze, and organize customer requirements
• Draft and coordinate specifications and requirement documents
• Direct and collaborate with development teams
• Support application implementation and deployment
• Manage and lead the support team
• Handle incident response, issue tracking, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Propose improvements to enhance overall service quality
• Coordinate and negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders
• Support customer-facing demos and presentations

• Qualifications Required:

• Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
• 5+ years of application design and development experience
• 2+ years of project management experience

Preferred:

• WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation/operation experience
• Development experience with Java, VB.NET/C#, and Git
• Database knowledge: MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle
• Experience with AngularJS and Bootstrap
• Data integration experience: CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, ODBC
