Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior IT/OT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the implementation of a global OT domain supporting IT/OT separation, improved security, and centralized identity management in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on strengthening OT authentication, authorization, and infrastructure resilience, while enabling integration with enterprise IAM (MyAccess) and reducing reliance on legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of OT infrastructure projects supporting IT/OT domain separationImplement a global OT domain architecture aligned with security standardsImprove and standardize authentication and authorization controls in OTEnable centralized OT user and resource management integrated with IAM (MyAccess)Remove dependencies on legacy and end-of-life systems to increase resilienceManage stakeholders across IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and SecurityControl project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverablesEnsure compliance with GxP, IT security, and regulatory standardsProvide executive reporting and lead steering committee meetingsMaintain project documentation and governance standards

QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience:

10+ years in IT/OT Infrastructure Project ManagementStrong understanding of IT/OT architecture, security, and identity managementExperience with OT domain implementations and IAM integrationKnowledge of infrastructure technologies (servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, data centers)Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP, FDA)Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skillsPMP, Prince2, or equivalent certificationFluent in EnglishAdditional Information
