Enterprise IT Project Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar). Familiarity with IT frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, especially with a focus on implementation of ERP systems. In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, architectures, functionalities, and implementation. Experience in Change Management with a focus on adoption strategies. Exceptional skills identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors. High energy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Visio. Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form. Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports that are grammatically correct and create a professional image for client Ability to effectively communicate with executives, management, suppliers, customers, employees, and commercial accounts in a wide range of situations. Ability to effectively present information orally in one-on-one and small group situations to company leadership, customers and other employees.

EXPERIENCE

Proven experience concurrently managing 4-5 complex Enterprise projects across many business verticals and in complex technical environments. 5 or more years of project management experience implementing leading-edge Enterprise Technologies in a highly complex environment. 2 or more years of business analysis experience in finance, manufacturing, or sales processes Experience in creating and managing UAT Expertise in Enterprise software such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, PowerBI or Salesforce is highly desired.
