Job Description :
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives that directly support business growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on program strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment, while leveraging strong technical fluency in application development-based platforms like Java,J2EE,Microservices,AWS Cloud, Java script, React and Node… Key Responsibilities (Business Emphasis) Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs tied to business outcomes, OKRs, and revenue goals Partner with Customer, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics. Being a client POC should be helpful in generating more business Translate business requirements into executable technical roadmaps Manage program-level risks, trade-offs, and prioritization decisions Drive executive communication, including: Program status Roadmap alignment Dependency and risk reporting. Customer Satisfaction factor Ensure delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and customer impact Improve program governance, planning cadence, and reporting standards Required Skills Strong program management experience across multiple Client project engineering teams Solid technical understanding of Java-based distributed systems Equal Opportunity Employer
