W2 -Technical Project Manager Network & Wireless

Role Overview Cognizant is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver complex network and wireless programs in a Service Provider environment . This role requires strong hands‑on technical knowledge , close coordination with offshore delivery teams , and direct interaction with onsite client stakeholders . Key Responsibilities • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of network and wireless programs for large enterprise/service‑provider clients. Coordinate execution with offshore engineering, validation, and vendor teams. Act as the primary point of contact for onsite client stakeholders. Own project planning, execution tracking, risk management, and dependency tracking. Drive cross‑functional alignment across firmware, network, cloud, QA, and operations teams. Translate client requirements into clear technical and execution plans. Ensure release readiness, quality, and on‑time delivery of milestones. Network switching and routing fundamentals Required Experience & Skills 12-15 years of experience in networking, wireless, or broadband delivery. Proven experience in Service Provider / ISP environments . Strong system‑level understanding of subscriber networks and wireless infrastructure. Experience in client‑facing, onsite technical project management roles. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Proven ability to coordinate and drive execution across global/offshore teams . Strong ownership mindset with focus on delivery and quality.
