Duties Help As an IT Program Manager, some of your duties will include, but are not limited to: Serve as a senior advisor to the CIO, transling executive goals into actionable programmic stregies across the IT portfolio. Responsible for directing and managing program finances, budgeting, maintenance, reporting, and collaborive systems. Oversee IT governance processes, including prioritizion efforts and performance tracking. Serve as WAPA's designed Section 508 Compliance Manager, and policy advisor for Section 508 conformance in the areas of acquisitions, informion technology, web content, software, electronic documents and provision of alterne forms. Serve as a key liaison between CIO and IT leadership, ensuring clear communicion, alignment and execution of priorities. Requirements Help Conditions of employment Must be a U.S. Citizen or Nional. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
Applicants must possess one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the next lower grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience th has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. The experience need not have been in the federal government. To qualify for the GS-14: In addition to meeting the IOR above, applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service. This experience includes meeting 3 of the 4 listed below: Overseeing enterprise IT governance and performance functions, including prioritizion processes, performance tracking, and development of executive-level reports or dashboards th support organizional IT decision-making. Supporting compliance with federal IT laws, policies, and standards, including providing guidance on Section 508 accessibility and integring compliance requirements into IT processes. Coordining cross-functional IT programs and collaboring with senior executives, program offices, technical teams, and external partners to deliver enterprise-wide, mission-critical IT outcomes. Naviging organizional, technical, or policy issues, identifying IT-reled risks, developing solutions, and coordining actions across programs to support enterprise IT performance and mission alignment.Time-in-Grade :
