Job Overview The Project Delivery Manager (PDM) leads GeoStabilization International's project management teams in executing geohazard mitigation projects with excellence in safety, quality, production, and financial performance. This role works cross functionally with engineering, operations, sourcing, and business development to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to contract standards. The PDM serves as a hands-on leader and mentor, developing project management talent, reinforcing accountability, and driving continuous improvement in performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Essential Responsibilities Provide leadership, mentorship, and accountability for Project Managers, fostering development in project execution, financial management, and client delivery. Oversee project performance across scope, cost, and schedule to ensure operational and financial targets are met. Review and guide key project decisions, including contract compliance, change management, and client communications. Monitor portfolio financial health through regular analysis of forecasts, WIP reports, and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions when needed. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, promoting collaboration and long-term partnerships. Drive consistency and efficiency in project delivery by leading process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business development to align execution strategies and resource planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Construction Management, or related field. 8+ years of progressive project management experience in geotechnical or heavy civil construction. PMP certification required. Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring project teams to achieve performance, schedule, and financial goals. Strong financial and contractual understanding, with proven ability to manage budgets and project profitability. Proficient in CPM scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera). Willingness to travel up to 35% US pay range for this role. $105,000—$141,500 USD Soil Nail Holdings and its subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers.
