JOB SUMMARY
The TPM, Vendor Management is an operational role responsible for driving project coordination, vendor lifecycle support, and operational discipline across Technology initiatives. This role works closely with Finance, and Legal to support technology project timelines, documentation, vendor renewals, purchase orders, and financial tracking. This role ensures that vendor contracts, purchase orders, financial coding, and documentation are executed correctly and maintained in accordance with established governance standards. The TMP, Vendor Management operates within defined processes and frameworks, escalating issues appropriately and supporting structured vendor coordination. Success in this role is measured by accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and follow-through - ensuring vendor records are clean, renewals are managed proactively, and financial data aligns with approved budgets and documentation standards. This role reports to the Staff Technology Program Manager, Finance & Operations and supports the broader Technology Finance & Operations functionREQUIRED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, vendor coordination, procurement operations, contract administration, or technology operations.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Comfortable working within defined processes and governance standards.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Project management skills (notetaking, milestone tracking, agenda creation, etc.
