Job Description
Travel:
Approximately 10%, including select weekends and events.Required skills / experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in digital product management and/or web and app optimization. Experience in sports, entertainment, live events, or ticketing preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required, with an ability to earn trust, provide updates, and respond to questions from internal and external stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to write clear, concise strategic briefs, optimization hypotheses, and cross-functional updates. Strong mathematical skills, with an ability to interpret funnel metrics, conversion rates, and revenue performance. Ability to apply statistical thinking to A/B test results and segmentation analysis. Ability to analyze the effectiveness of conversion rate optimization tests, contextualize results against broader business performance, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to solve complex problems across product, marketing, and analytics workstreams. Ability to prioritize competing initiatives, adjust approach based on data, and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and WordPress or comparable CMS.Familiar with:
Adobe Target or comparable personalization and testing platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Jira/Confluence, app CMS platforms, conversion optimization tools, and basicHTML/CSS.
