Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Project Manager - Data Center & Wi-Fi Automation to lead initiatives across Wi-Fi automation, managed Wi-Fi deployments, and data center buildouts. This role requires a mid-to-senior level professional with strong project management experience in technical environments. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of infrastructure and technology deployments while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple concurrent technology projects, including managed Wi-Fi deployments, data center buildouts, and automation initiatives Own the full project lifecycle including scoping, planning, scheduling, execution, risk management, and delivery Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, network operations, construction, and leadership Ensure alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders for timely project execution Identify risks proactively, resolve issues, and maintain clear stakeholder communication Drive process improvements and support adoption of Agile or hybrid methodologies Ensure deployments meet technical, operational, and quality standards Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates Required Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in technology, telecom, or data center environments Strong experience managing infrastructure projects, technology deployments, or data center buildouts Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Experience working with cross-functional technical teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with structured project management methodologies, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or Six Sigma Green Belt Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Waterfall frameworks Technical understanding of networking, Wi-Fi systems, automation tools, or data center infrastructure Ability to influence stakeholders and drive clarity in complex environments
