4063839 Job Summary Role Overview We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives. The role involves managing end to end project delivery, ensuring compliance with data security standards, and coordinating with cross functional teams to implement effective DLP solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive planning, execution, and delivery of DLP projects across the organization. Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business stakeholders to define requirements and project scope. Manage vendor relationships and oversee solution implementation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and organizational data protection policies. Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership. Lead change management and training initiatives to support adoption of DLP solutions. Required Skills & Experience 6‿10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in security or DLP related projects. Strong knowledge of DLP tools (e.g., Symantec, McAfee, Microsoft Purview, Forcepoint). Proven track record of managing enterprise level security projects. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. PMP/Prince2 certification preferred. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001) is a plus. Education Bachelor‿s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master‿s degree or relevant certifications in cybersecurity/project management is desirable.
