AVIT Project Manager Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in AVIT Project Management. PMP or equivalent preferred Understanding of AV system design, integration and commissioning. Experience with AV industry technical and project planning tools. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. IM Solutions is searching for a Project Manager responsible for managing AVIT projects with a focus on quality, profitability, safety and customer satisfaction. This position involves overseeing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource management. The ideal project manager will have extensive experience in AVIT installation and construction standards, leadership skills and a commitment to upholding our company's core values. Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure all installations and integrations comply with industry standards and customer specifications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, field technicians, and subcontractors. Conduct site visits and risk assessments to anticipate and mitigate potential project issues. Track project progress, document changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Lead project closeout activities, including system testing, customer training, and documentation handover.
