Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Oracle Fusion expertise to lead large-scale, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and enterprise transformation initiatives across Finance, SCM, HCM, or Procurement modules.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation programs
- Manage cross-functional teams, multiple workstreams, and project timelines
- Drive Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, HCM, and Procurement initiatives
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners
- Oversee program governance, risk management, budgeting, and executive reporting
- Ensure successful data migration, integrations, testing, and go-live activities
- Support fit-gap analysis, solution design, and Oracle Fusion best practices
- Drive change management, user adoption, training, and hypercare support
- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
