Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Enterprise IT Project Manager for a large, complex enterprise environment supporting multiple high‑visibility initiatives. This individual will lead delivery across new application development and enhancements to existing systems, working with cross‑functional teams, offshore partners, and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep technical understanding, strong delivery leadership, and the ability to navigate complex organizations while driving results. This role offers autonomy, performance‑based expectations, and the opportunity to make immediate impact across critical enterprise initiatives. Lead and execute multiple concurrent IT initiatives with shared dependencies Own delivery across new application builds and enhancements to existing platforms Prioritize and sequence work across projects based on risk, value, and delivery reality Adapt delivery approach between Waterfall milestones and Iterative sprints Manage RAIDD logs with real, actionable risks and dependencies Act as the primary escalation point for complex delivery, vendor, or operational issues Allocate and rebalance resources as project needs evolve Partner closely with CIO‑level stakeholders and executive leadership Provide transparent, executive‑ready status reporting grounded in actual delivery health Build relationships quickly across cross‑functional and cross‑location teams First 15 days focused on organizational understanding, relationship building, and gaining clarity on project gaps We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 15+ years overall IT experience 7+ years leading enterprise IT projects Experience running multiple projects or large end‑to‑end initiatives Strong technical understanding; able to speak confidently with executives Experience delivering in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments Advanced Jira skills for planning, tracking, and reporting Strong executive communication, including negotiation and escalation Proven leadership of large teams (15+ resources) Ability to build relationships quickly and influence without authority High emotional intelligence in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments- Salesforce platform experience
