Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead healthcare technology implementation initiatives for our client. This role requires a strong background in managing complex software deployments, with experience supporting Electronic Health Records (EHR) , patient engagement platforms , and population health solutions . The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare IT implementation projects .Manage projects involving EHR system s, patient engagement platform s, and population health softwar e .Use monday.co m to track project progress, milestones, deliverables, workflows, and project portfolios .Coordinate with vendors, consultants, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to support project success .Monitor vendor performance and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule .Facilitate status meetings, maintain project documentation, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders .Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans as needed .Support change management efforts and help drive successful adoption of new technologies .Coordinate and support end-user trainin g to ensure a smooth transition during system implementation .Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to align project goals with business needs . 5+ years of experience in IT project managemen t.

Hands-on experience wit h Electronic Health Records (EH R) , patient engagement platfor ms, an d population health too ls preferre d.

Proficiency wit h monday.c om for project tracking and workflow managemen t.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmen t.

Experience working with third-party vendors and consultant s.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skill s.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferre d.

PMP or related certification is a plu s.
