Senior Technical Project Manager Position Summary:

Chetu is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to see projects through the development lifecycle for clients at sunrise office.

Senior Technical Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the overarching product growth strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Partner closely with Chetu teams, including sales and marketing to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, empowering them to fully own their respective areas. Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Work closely with VP, AVP, Partner Growth to align on partner growth strategy, defining roadmap and levers to unlock new revenue streams. Develop a clear view of the self-serve funnel in collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and customer leadership. Establish success metrics across all focus areas and ensure the team tracks performance to drive continuous improvement. Use data, market research, and customer feedback to inform strategies and prioritize investments

Requirement:

15+ years in project/Account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success driving growth-focused initiatives in areas such as partner platforms or monetization. Acted as a senior project resource, leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions and teams. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set and align teams around a clear vision. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams. Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning. Acted as a senior project resource, leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions and teams. Proven experience leading technical discussions with business and technical decision makers, including detailing technical specifications, project roadmaps, deployments and third-party integrations
