Required:
Experience with IT project management, including overall coordination, status reporting, and project stability (7+ years, with 4+ years in project management); Experience in the overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts; Experience establishing and implementing project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations; Experience assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately; Experience tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers; Experience coordinating communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed; Experience working with Program Manager(s) and in partnering with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise; Experience in project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques; Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum. Background check (minimum Level 2 screening per s. 435.04 F.S., including fingerprinting) at contractor's expense. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts; Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, at high quality, and meeting customer expectations; Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments; direct and monitor daily work efforts; identify resource needs; perform quality reviews; and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately; Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet customer needs; Coordinate communication with all enterprise areas impacting the scope, budget, risk, and resources of managed work efforts; Partner with Program Manager(s) and senior business management to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve enterprise goals; Submit weekly status reports and monthly time reports in accordance with department requirements.
