Capital Technology Alliance LLC in Tallahassee, Florida seeks a Sr. Program Manager to apply advanced, theoretical knowledge of IT management principles and concepts as well as experience with IT project development and management to set objectives, develop roadmaps, and align overall business goals and financial resources.

Job responsibilities and duties include:

1. Develop and provide strategic planning for key strategic transformation initiatives by setting clear objectives, developing roadmaps, and aligning with overall business goals and financial resources. 2. Apply structured problem-solving techniques to manage program execution, oversee as-is business operations, and operationalize the strategic initiatives and projects 3. Manage a budget of over $30M USD for the technology transformation programs, including managing resource capacity, risk management, vendor relationships, collaboration across teams and communications to executive leadership. 4. Oversee continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for improvement, conduct ideation sessions with diverse stakeholder groups, and assess resources within and outside the program to evaluate and adopt innovative solutions that boost efficiency. 5. Perform Organization Change Management by evaluating the comprehensive impact of the changes on people, processes, technology, and data 6. Prepare and execute a change management plan to improve adoption, reduce user resistance, and ensure the success of the program. 7. Identify the Technology roadmap and strategy for the organization, based on business needs, areas of improvement, and technology trends. 8. Lead the efforts for evaluating various solution options and selecting a suitable technology solution based on business needs, user experience, future scalability, cost, and timeline as some of the key parameters. 9. Responsible for Information security, system performance, technical compliance, system vulnerabilities management, and system monitoring. 10. Support technical / business architects in identifying technical platform, Integration mechanism, execution mechanism, database selection, and automation needs for the project. This position will manage at least 3 other professional employees with the titles of Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Analysts. Minimum Requirements Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology Management or any related Business or IT field of study and at least three (3) years of post degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any related position in which the required experience was gained. Additionally, qualified applicants must also have demonstrated proficiency, skill, experience, and/or knowledge with the following: 1. Managing large strategic IT program delivery from: concept development, deployment, and organizational change management, as well as risk management and development of risk management frameworks. 2. IT Portfolio Management for the business unit, including demand identification, business case preparation, prioritization in-alignment with the technology roadmap, and business goals. 3. Develop Cost-Benefit Analysis and providing Budget and Financial Management 4. Microsoft Project Plan, Project Server, Miro board, Waterfall, Scrum, Scaled agile, and Prototyping. 5. ServiceNow, RemedyOnDemand, Jira, HP ALM, and Confluence 6. Oracle, MS SQL, Enterprise Data Management, and Azure Data Factory. 7. Cloud Computing, SaaS, and Machine Learning (ML). No travel. No WFH.
