- The Business Enablement Lead (BEL) serves as a strategic partner to the Wholesale Lending & Sales Enablement Service Delivery division, driving operational excellence, organizational alignment, and consistent execution of key business priorities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Must possess ability to:
a. Be organized, consume volumes of information, data, and synthesize in an executive summary manner b. Think critically to connect the dots across information and organizations c. Support slideware creation for deliverables at the executive level d. Provide highest level of attention to detail across all deliverables e. Establish positive working relationships across a large organization f. Work in a fast-paced environment where quick turnaround is demandedPreferred Qualifications:
- 1.
- Senior Business Management / COO‑Style Leadership
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or business execution role for a large financial services organization, overseeing strategy execution, governance, and operational cadence. 2.
- Portfolio, Governance & Performance Management Expertise
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise portfolios, executive reporting, KPIs, and investment governance across complex, multi‑year initiatives. 3.
- Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Leadership
- Strong executive presence with the ability to advise senior leaders, synthesize complex information, and coordinate enterprise and cross‑functional responses. 4.
- Large Bank Operations & Lending Domain Acumen
- Working knowledge of large‑bank operating models and end‑to‑end operational lifecycles, including exposure to lending products, servicing, fulfillment, risk controls, and regulatory considerations, with the ability to translate business and operational realities into effective governance and execution.
