$70-$75/hour W2 Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to oversee large-scale infrastructure and data center initiatives , including server deployments, data center buildouts, migrations, and decommissioning projects. This role sits at the intersection of technical infrastructure leadership and program delivery , ensuring complex infrastructure programs are executed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate has strong experience leading data center transformation efforts , coordinating across infrastructure teams (compute, storage, networking, security), and managing end-to-end delivery of server and infrastructure modernization projects . Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of data center buildouts, migrations, consolidations, and decommissioning initiatives across enterprise environments. Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning server infrastructure, networking, storage, virtualization, security, and facilities. Oversee server deployment and infrastructure rollout programs, ensuring alignment with architecture and operational standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies for infrastructure programs. Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to translate technical designs into executable delivery plans. Drive infrastructure lifecycle initiatives including hardware refresh, platform upgrades, and capacity expansion. Ensure operational readiness, documentation, and handoff to operations teams post-deployment. Provide status reporting and executive updates to stakeholders and leadership. Required Experience 8-12+ years of experience in infrastructure delivery, technical program management, or platform engineering leadership. Proven experience leading data center buildouts, migrations, or decommissioning initiatives. Strong understanding of enterprise server infrastructure including compute, storage, and virtualization. Experience managing large infrastructure environments in enterprise or regulated industries (finance, healthcare, telecom, etc.). Ability to coordinate across multiple infrastructure domains and technical teams. Experience with project/program delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
