Full-time About the Role Kloud-12 is seeking a highly organized, technically capable, and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead project execution from Purchase Order to Go-Live. This role owns the full project lifecycle: including planning, coordination, execution, and closeout. Ensuring every deployment is completed on time, on scope, and at a high level of quality. You will act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, customers, and installation partners. A core focus of this role is the successful deployment of MoreVoice Unity (MVU). This is our IP-based bells, paging, and intercom system; requiring an understanding of how network infrastructure, SIP endpoints, and physical installations come together in a school environment (hands-on experience not required, but familiarity is helpful). What You'll Do:
Own MVU deployment projects end-to-end: from Purchase Order through Go-Live and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and at a high level of quality Plan and coordinate all project phases : including timelines, resources, and cross-functional alignment between internal teams, customers, and 3rd party installers Gather and validate technical requirements : including network topology, VLANs, IP addressing, and switch/PoE infrastructure; ensure all details are accurately captured in site surveys and handed off to the production team Review and validate system designs and floorplans : ensuring proper device placement, coverage zones, wiring paths, and overall system completeness before installation Manage installation execution: coordinate with installers, provide guidance on low voltage cabling and device setup, and act as the escalation point for any field issues Communicate project status and drive accountability: lead project meetings, track action items and risks, and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders Identify risks and solve problems proactively : address issues related to network readiness, installation challenges, or SIP/device communication, and drive solutions quickly Oversee Go-Live and final system validation: ensure bells, paging, and intercom functionality are fully operational, and support training and project handoff
