Job Description We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale software development and IT initiatives within the federal space. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing or contributing to programs with annual budgets exceeding $10M, along with a strong understanding of federal contracting processes and program management frameworks. This individual will play a critical role in driving both client and organizational success by overseeing project execution, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading multiple medium- to large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Additionally, this role requires close collaboration across internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet both customer expectations and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex, multi-year programs with budgets exceeding $10M, ensuring effective resource allocation, financial management, and alignment with business objectives Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and delivery Evaluate project financials, providing insights on ROI and cost-benefit analysis Partner with Engineering Resource Management to secure appropriate technical resources Develop and manage project schedules, adjusting timelines as needed throughout execution Facilitate regular status meetings to maintain momentum and provide consistent updates to stakeholders Track multiple projects, managing both short- and long-term goals and deliverables Ensure adherence to project scope, deliverables, and customer expectations Provide regular updates to leadership and offer guidance to project teams Manage financial components, including purchase orders, invoicing, and billing milestones in coordination with Finance Skills & Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance (or higher) required Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to varying project scopes and complexities Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive alignment and results Proven ability to communicate priorities, progress, and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Track record of proactive leadership, problem-solving, and driving initiatives forward Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships across all stakeholders Technical background in programming or networking is a plus Familiarity with scripting, software development lifecycle (SDLC), or related technical concepts is a plus Salary Range - 130-170K We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
