Job Description

At I-care Group, you'll join the global leader in predictive and prescriptive maintenance, where AI-powered and data-driven condition monitoring solutions help industries prevent failures before they happen. With more than 500,000 monitored assets worldwide and a presence in over 20 countries, I-care is at the forefront of safer, more efficient, and more sustainable manufacturing. We help the world's largest manufacturing and industrial plants run smoother by predicting failures before they happen. The Program Manager in Clinton (IA) leads the design and execution of sophisticated asset health monitoring strategies. While grounded in reliability engineering principles, this role focuses primarily on the implementation and management of Condition Monitoring (CM) programs to predict equipment failure and optimize maintenance cycles. You will act as a technical lead and client consultant, managing projects that utilize data-driven insights to assess machinery health, minimize downtime, and ensure peak operational performance. Key Responsibilities Predictive Maintenance (PdM)

Data Analysis & Assessment:

Project Leadership:
Own the full project lifecycle—from Gantt charts and resource allocation to managing teams and contractors—ensuring all PdM deliverables are met on schedule.
Client Consultation:
Act as a technical advisor to bridge the gap between data collection and maintenance action; facilitate "awareness sessions" to educate clients on the value of predictive tools.
Reliability Support:
Integrate PdM findings into broader reliability efforts, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and PM Optimization.
Safety Oversight:
Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and client safety standards, with full authority to issue "Stop Work" actions to mitigate hazards.
Required Qualifications Experience:
10+ years in maintenance, condition monitoring, or plant operations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology preferred; CMRP or CRE certification a plus.
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of machinery fundamentals, failure modes, and the integration of condition monitoring into work control (planning/scheduling).
Data Analysis:
Proficient in interpreting technical graphs, performance ratios, and analytical problem-solving.
Project Leadership:
Proven ability to manage resources, utilize project management software, and meet strict deadlines.
Communication:
Skilled at building client trust and delivering professional technical presentations to all organizational levels.
Software:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Windows). Why Join I-care? Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) technology. Dynamic work environment with the chance to see the world. A culture that values safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement. I-care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
