(https://performancemanager8.successfactors.com/sf/careers/jobsearch?bplte\ company=ua&\ s.crb=aNMP8gWoYkBDFn%252bz2BldysgcgQHZpVs6tHzE9smSuXE%253d) Purpose of Role The Technical Project Manager for the Ecommerce Delivery Team works closely with Product Management, Design, Engineering, QA, and other business stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of digital products and features for UnderArmour.com and the UA Mobile App. Your Impact + Lead 2-3 product development teams responsible for building Global digital consumer experiences as scrum master (aka Delivery Manager). + Create and own project plans for the delivery of technology initiatives in our portfolio of Direct to Consumer work. + Direct activities across cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, QA, etc.), and proactively identify and manage dependencies across them. + Inspire teamwork without direct reporting authority and focus your energies on the health of your product development or project team. + Bridge gaps between the Product Owner and the Development team, partnering with Product to ensure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for development. + Conduct Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews and Demos for your teams. + Coordinate keeping project artifacts up to date in UA business systems like Confluence and JIRA , also responsible for creating project monitoring tools like Dashboards and Risk logs to avoid project pitfalls. + Escalate issues and impacts t To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
