Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Own and drive end-to-end program delivery for software deployments, managing client needs, timelines, and business objectives Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and deployments based on customer priorities and strategic goals Partner with stakeholders to define product requirements, success metrics, and release scope Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams Manage and support the development team on product enhancements, ensuring prioritization, clarity, and delivery velocity Drive release planning and deployment, including rollout strategy, adoption, and post-launch iteration Lead risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making to keep programs on track Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions through testing oversight, validation, and performance monitoring Establish and track KPIs and product performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement Build and maintain effective processes to scale program delivery Required Experience 4 - 7 years of experience in technical program management, product management, or technical consulting Proven track record of leading software delivery programs and product rollouts Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and release cycles Strong ability to prioritize features and balance business, customer, and technical needs Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into product and technical deliverables Experience engaging with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in a delivery or product capacity Core Competencies Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive outcomes end-to-end Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong strategic thinking combined with execution focus Ability to balance multiple programs, priorities, and deadlines Data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving
