Job Description

SAP TEST
Lead and MANAGER Location :
Lisle, IL (4 days onsite) 13+ years of experience in Testing, with strong focus on SAP Integration Testing Experience in Green-field implementation of SAP Lead end-to-end integration testing across SAP and upstream/downstream applications to ensure seamless data flow and business process validation. Experience in managing testing engagements. Participate in Project discussions /Project Roadmap / Strategy. Provide points of view and thought leadership during the discussion. Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate as a team player with Agile stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers in various areas including test estimation, test strategy, test design, test execution, test automation, and test closure activities. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the testing lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps frameworks, while also possessing knowledge of Quality Management techniques. Experience in leading multiple Testing teams and deliver quality product by implementing Testing standards and processes. Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, testing, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools. Experience in Tricentis TOSCA and Qtest is desirable.
