IT Project Coordinator/ AI & Data Solutions Analyst Peoples State Bank (PSB) is a thriving community bank founded in 1875, with eight locations throughout Illinois. $24-$31 Position Summary The IT Project Coordinator / AI & Data Solutions Analyst is responsible for coordinating and supporting technology projects across the organization while researching, evaluating, and assisting with the implementation of AI, automation, and data-driven solutions. This role serves as a liaison between IT leadership, business units, vendors, and end users to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This position plays a key role in improving operational efficiency through technology innovation, project coordination, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically curious, and capable of managing multiple initiatives while exploring modern solutions that support business needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Project Coordination & Management Coordinate IT and business technology projects from planning through implementation Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and documentation Facilitate communication between leadership, departments, vendors, and IT staff Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful completion Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Assist with project budgeting, procurement, and resource coordination AI, Automation & Technology Solutions Research and evaluate AI, automation, and data solutions that align with organizational goals Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process enhancements Support implementation and testing of AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath Participate in proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and evaluation of emerging technologies Stay informed on trends and advancements in AI, automation, and business technology solutions Systems Support & Process Improvement Assist with implementation, deployment, and support of new systems and applications Coordinate with vendors and IT staff during installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting Support end users through training, onboarding, and technology adoption efforts Assist with account setup, equipment deployment, and asset management activities Monitor and document recurring technical or operational issues and recommend long-term solutions Promote continuous improvement by identifying cost-effective and efficient technology solutions Collaboration & Communication Serve as a liaison between IT, leadership, operational teams, and external vendors Gather business requirements through meetings, interviews, and collaboration sessions Communicate technical information in a clear and user-friendly manner Foster collaboration and maintain strong working relationships across departments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Experience in IT project coordination, systems support, business analysis, or related field preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI, automation, or data analytics tools Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Power BI, or similar technologies Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS Experience working in regulated or highly structured environments Benefits Free Medical Insurance for Employee Free Dental Insurance for Employee Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Profit Sharing 11 Paid Holidays Free Life & AD&D Free LTD Peoples State Bank is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
