Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Operational coordination of the engineering team - standups, sprints, demos, retrospectives. Track engineering work against plan; surface risks and blockers.
Light Business Analysis:
clarify user stories, document acceptance criteria, support product owners. Maintain regular delivery reporting in partnership with the Delivery Manager. Coordinate team capacity and time tracking. Partner with our PM / Product Owner counterparts on cross-team coordination. Required Qualifications 7+ years of project management experience in software engineering contexts. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban delivery models. Strong grasp of project management principles. Experience building project plans, milestones, etc. from scratch. Strong English-language fluency. Available during US business hours, CT timezone preferred. Comfort with Business Analysis work. Strong attention to detail in time tracking and operational reporting. Experience working for US-based companies in regulated industries, reporting to US stakeholders. Nice to Have PMP / Scrum / Kanban certifications. Experience supporting US-based clients. Exposure to .NET / C# software contexts, legacy modernization projects. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable tools.
