Job Description:
Bring your expertise and leadership to a pivotal role that drives innovative field validation projects within a dynamic, global environment. As a Project Manager•Non IT IV, you'll be at the forefront of executing complex engine repower activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of critical milestones. This onsite position offers the opportunity to influence the future of vehicle technology by managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and hands-on site support, including domestic and Canadian travel.
Required Skills:
Proven project management experience, including coordination and communication with diverse stakeholders Hands-on knowledge of engine repower activities and how engines integrate within chassis systems Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capacity to operate independently, anticipate challenges, and deliver results under tight timelines Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience working with OEM engine systems Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-world, complex environments Familiarity with international stakeholder engagement Knowledge of engine mechanics and technical specification
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related technical field Prior experience in automotive or equipment repower projects Demonstrated success in managing field validation or testing activities
Other Requirements:
