Strategic Leadership:
Execute projects in alignment with established PMO strategies and policies, championing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Project & Program Management:
Manage complex IT projects by developing integrated plans, schedules, and budgets while proactively managing dependencies and resource usage.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build robust relationships with business and IT leaders, providing transparent status reporting and facilitating critical governance reviews.
Resource Management:
Lead cross-functional, matrixed teams by assigning work, tracking commitments, and mentoring less experienced team members.
Quality & Compliance:
Adhere to PMO methodologies and quality controls to ensure all artifacts are audit-ready and projects comply with security and regulatory requirements.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Education:
Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Industry Expertise:
Prior experience navigating IT projects within healthcare, medical devices, biotech, or other highly regulated environments.
Global Mindset:
Experience or willingness to travel up to 15% (domestic and international) to support global delivery.
Education:
Bachelors Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience:
6+ years of IT Project Management experience (with a Bachelor's), 8+ years (with an Associate's), or 10+ years (with a HS Diploma).
Project Leadership:
Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional IT initiatives from inception to completion.
Risk Mitigation:
Advanced skills in identifying risks, managing registers, and resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
Communication:
Fluency in English with the ability to provide concise, professional reporting to executive sponsors.
Availability:
