(•Comscore, Total Visits, March 2025) Day to Day + Manage program plans to ensure timely, high-quality completion aligned with team and organizational goals. + Monitor and help mitigate program risks, escalating as needed. + Collaborate closely with engineering, product, UX, and other cross-functional teams to align efforts and resolve roadblocks. + Support program reviews with Engineering, Product, UX, and Science leadership to assess progress, address issues, and contribute recommendations. + Contribute to programs focused on engineering excellence aligned with business and organizational goals. + Provide regular updates to team members, partners, and leadership on status, challenges, and opportunities. + Engage cross-functional partners regularly to gather feedback and help refine processes that support quality and engineering best practices. Responsibilities + Plan and manage moderately complex programs, supporting project delivery in partnership with engineering and product managers; step in to manage projects as needed. + Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional partners to support roadmap planning and execution. + Assist in conducting risk assessments to help ensure implementation plans meet partner requirements and priorities. + Communicate effectively with business partners to share updates, gather input, and support program success. + Help identify root causes of challenges or opportunities and partner with appropriate teams to support timely solutions. + Support and guide project teams, sharing best practices to enhance project management capabilities. + Promote collaboration across cross-functional groups to support alignment and successful program execution.
