Job Description:
Serves as the primary point of contact with the Government. Provides leadership and oversight for IT support services and related ITIL processes, ensuring they are executed efficiently and consistently. Responsible for guiding knowledge management as well as training and workforce development initiatives. Works closely with service managers, technical and operational leads, the service desk, and other contractors and providers to ensure smooth, coordinated service delivery across the environment. The PM is responsible for reviewing and approving technical solutions and developing effective schedules for the program. Manage program/project schedules and resources to ensure deliverables meet government schedules. Resolve all issues/problems, allocate resources, manage project personnel, and manage project operations/performance. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Develop and present In-Process Review (IPR) slides on a quarterly basis for all open projects supported by this contract. Prepare and provide ad hoc slides for management and attend meetings as required. Qualifications (Preferred):ITIL Certification:
ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 Managing Professional, ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, ITIL 4 Practice Manager, ITIL 4 Extension Modules, ITIL 4 Master Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP), etc.) . Qualifications (Must Haves): Five (5) years of relevant experience managing IT Support Services. Demonstrated understanding and implementation of ITIL principles . Demonstrated experience managing teams of IT professionals with a mobile workforce .Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, information systems, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience. Must be a US Citizen with an active Public Trust clearance, or the ability of attaining one.Job Type:
