only GC and USC We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will lead software and IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and global delivery teams to drive collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have experience managing technical projects in Agile/SAFE environments, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, budgeting, timelines, and risk management
  • Coordinate with distributed/global teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery
  • Drive Agile/SAFE project methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage stakeholder communication, vendor relationships, and project governance
  • Track project performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Account Management
  • Strong understanding of
SDLC, IT
delivery processes, and project management principles
  • Agile certification required; SAFE experience preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing vendors and global delivery models preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
