The role is responsible for leading the rollout and ongoing support of Infor Warehouse Management Systems across multiple warehouse locations. This role partners closely with IT, operations, and external vendors to ensure successful WMS implementations, seamless ERP integrations, and stable day‑to‑day system performance. The position supports warehouse users through training, troubleshooting, and SOP development while driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations and system efficiency.
