Project Manager Location:

Brighton, MA Key Responsibilities Drive the end-to-end project lifecycle : discovery, planning, budgeting, execution, governance, monitoring, and closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, and resource allocations. Manage vendor integration, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with internal development teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and oversee the health of the Salesforce development lifecycle across 11 departments. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams; recommend and implement solutions to evolving challenges. Evaluate project metrics, effectiveness, and prepare accurate, timely reporting (including ad hoc reports). Partner with steering and executive committees for decision-making, change management, and communication. Advise departments on post-project operations and deliver training to staff and clients. Required Experience Proven track record delivering Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies. Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments with competing priorities. Strong background in higher education or similarly structured organizations preferred. Skilled in vendor management, stakeholder collaboration, and executive reporting. Local candidates required due to weekly onsite presence at HBS Allston campus.
