Accepting Candidates About the role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional teams using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies to drive successful project execution, governance, and business impact. Key Responsibilities Define project objectives, scope, success criteria, and delivery strategies for AI-focused initiatives. Develop and maintain hybrid project plans incorporating Agile , sprint-based delivery, milestones, resource planning, and budget alignment. Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans while ensuring stakeholder alignment. Drive cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams to support successful project outcomes. Support portfolio governance through structured reporting, execution frameworks, and delivery oversight. Facilitate communication and coordination across teams while adapting to evolving AI governance requirements. Qualifications Proven experience managing AI , Machine Learning , or technology-focused projects. Strong expertise in Agile Project Management , including Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management. Experience leading complex projects involving planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated ability to manage global cross-functional technology initiatives. Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) , system architecture, and integration principles. Strong communication, leadership, governance, and change management skills. Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $75-$80/hr (W-2). Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
