As a frontline leader, you will balance technical troubleshooting with personnel management.

Responsibilities:

• Actively oversee second-shift workflows to meet productivity and quality metrics. ...
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues (equipment/software) and user errors.
• Report performance data to Project Managers.
• Manage records/materials in secure areas and ensure the facility is fully secured at the end of the shift.

Qualifications:

• This position requires you to train from 12:00pm-8:00pm for 4 weeks, then switch to the night shift schedule.
• Must have expert knowledge in document and photo digitization processes.
• Prior supervisory experience and oversight of high-quality digitization practice.
• Ability to meet project deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capable of remaining in a sitting position for extended periods of time operating a PC.
