Job Description
Technical Project Manager Accepting LOCALS only - Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 5 days a week•Key Responsibilities & Skills Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects in software development, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and DevOps teams to define requirements, solution designs, and implementation plans. Translate business objectives into technical milestones , oversee code reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance/security best practices. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project; resolve bottlenecks and integration challenges. Drive Agile/DevOps adoption while communicating progress and risks to technical and non‑technical stakeholders; maintain documentation and knowledge transfer. Bring 15+ years experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), big data (Snowflake, Spark, Hadoop), infrastructure as code, and project management certifications (PMP, ScrumMaster).
