Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on leader to drive the end-to-end implementation of SAP ERP Financials as part of a migration from AS/400. This role owns delivery of the financial workstream through go-live, then transitions into ongoing optimization and enhancement projects. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle SAP Financials implementation ( FI/CO ) from requirements through go-live Drive migration strategy from AS400, including data migration and master data integrity Align SAP design with real-world finance processes (Accounting, Controlling, Tax) Own timeline, scope, and budget for the financials workstream Lead SMEs and coordinate across business, IT, and implementation partners Ensure documentation, process sign-off, and template standardization Support change management, training, and user adoption Post go-live; lead system optimization and continuous improvement Requirements 8+ years of experience across SAP + Finance 5+ years leading SAP implementations / ERP programs 3+ full SAP lifecycles (required) Strong hands-on experience with
