Job Description

Harman Becker Automotive Systems, Inc. seeks Senior IT Program Manager in Novi, MI.
Duties:
Drive cross-functional teams of systems analysts, developers, and data specialists to deliver enterprise-wide digital transformation and systems implementation initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to align requirements with strategic objectives, prioritize solutions, and define system roadmaps. Deliver projects in Data Analytics, Business Systems, Automation, and AI by producing key deliverables such as requirements documentation, fit-gap analysis, visualization prototypes, data model designs, detailed project plan, RAID logs, test plans, and execution reports. Drive digital transformation initiatives across automotive value stream functions, optimizing operational processes and enabling new business models. Partner with the Auto Digital Architecture team to design and implement solutions using enterprise technology stacks including Qlik, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Matillion/ETL, REST APIs, SharePoint, AWS, Azure, SQL databases, ML/AI, and Databricks. Support budget planning and execution for calendar year automotive digital programs, contributing to strategic reviews and transformation initiatives. Define project and program objectives, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and boundaries; manage scope changes through formal change control processes. Work closely with project teams to establish priorities, set deadlines, and develop workflow standards for efficient execution. Prepare and present business updates, leadership briefings, user forums, status reports, and monthly progress reviews. Participate in staffing decisions with value stream leads, evaluate team performance, and build high-performing project teams. Facilitate weekly stand-ups, risk mitigation sessions, and monthly steering committee meetings to resolve issues and drive collaboration. As part of Digital Excellence team, collaborate with digital leadership to develop operating strategies, identify efficiency opportunities, and contribute to organizational policy and goal setting. Advise internal teams and business stakeholders on best practices, emerging technologies, and new digital processes.
