This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference by restoring homes and businesses to their original condition with precision and care. As a vital member of our team, you will oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and uphold our reputation for excellence in the restoration industry. Responsibilities Lead and manage water restoration and reconstruction projects, coordinating all phases from initial assessment to project completion. Supervise on-site operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards. Perform detailed inspections for water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other restoration needs. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform cleaning, demolition, repairs, and construction tasks as required. Oversee the use of specialized equipment for carpet cleaning, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other restoration processes. Communicate clearly with clients to explain project scope, progress updates, and safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and time logs for each project. Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, or related fields. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of hand tools and power tools in construction and restoration tasks. Familiarity with asbestos abatement procedures and certifications is a plus. Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assessing damages and planning repairs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely.
