Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a variety of technology initiatives supporting both internal business operations and customer-facing projects. This individual will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while driving successful project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance initiatives involving transportation and operational systems.
Manage customer-facing technology projects including system integrations, onboarding efforts, and implementation activities.
Partner with vendors and third-party providers to ensure successful project execution.
Drive change management, user adoption, training, and process improvement efforts.
