We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Topline team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals. The Business Applications Manager is responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic alignment of the credit union's core business systems and enterprise applications. This position also provides direct technical administration and collaborates with business units, vendors, and technology leadership to support operational efficiency, system reliability, and the overall member experience. A successful Business Applications Manager will be able to do: Provide administration, configuration, and ongoing support for the core processing platform and integrated business applications. Manage application configuration, user roles, permissions, and system security setting to ensure proper access and segregation of duties. Support key enterprise platforms, including digital banking, loan origination systems, payment processing, and document management solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, serving as Tier III escalation support for complex problems. Assist with testing, validating, and coordinate system updates, patches, and new releases to ensure stability and functionality. Participate in change management by reviewing, documentation, and implementing approved system configuration changes. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency through system capabilities. Support system integrations and data exchange between platforms, including API-based connections. Serve as liaison with core and application vendors to coordinate upgrades, issue resolution, and product enhancements. Support system-related projects, including upgrades, implementations, and merger or conversion initiatives.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting business applications, preferably within a financial institution. Experience administering or supporting core banking platforms and integrated financial systems. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a credit union or financial services environment Experience supporting core processing systems, digital banking platforms, loan origination systems, or payment processing systems, Understanding of FFIEC guidance, GLBA requirements, and financial institution regulatory expectations. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. Experience with system integrations and vendor coordination.Salary Range:
